About the event

It's the BIG One! - 12hrs of Yorkshire is a through the night charity endurance relay race, this ultimate challenge is won by the kart that covers the greatest distance in a whopping 12 hours.

Racing teams must balance the demands of speed with endurance karting ability to run for 12 hours without stopping. It’s all about strategy, pit stops and working together, with the team who completes the most laps taking the chequered flag!

There is a 14-team capacity for this event, each team must have a minimum of 4 drivers and a maximum of 10 drivers.

Held at the awesome TeamSport Indoor Karting Leeds (Yorkshire’s longest indoor karting track), this tarmac utopia is primed and ready to crown the victor KART4LIFE 12hrs of Yorkshire champion!

This #KART4LIFE event is raising funds and awareness for two incredible community charities: The Sick Childrens Trust & The Trussell Trust

The Sick Childrens Trust - A charity that gives families one less thing to worry about by giving them a place to stay, and someone to talk to, free of charge just minutes from their child’s bedside.

Our ten ‘Homes from Home’ support families from around the UK each year with a warm and comfortable place to stay and a friendly ear to listen.

The Trussell Trust - who support a nationwide network of food banks and together we provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.
